Why this exists
Most people, at some point, ask a version of the same question: what is the meaning of life? The internet is full of quick answers. Ohananda is trying to be something else — a slower place, where the world's wisdom traditions, philosophies, thinkers and sciences can be met on their own terms.
What we try to do
Distinguish translation from interpretation. Present traditions respectfully and without preaching. Point back to primary sources. Never invent quotations. Prefer depth over volume, and beauty over decoration.
